Today I witnessed a larger silver suv pass on the wrong side of the street going east bound on Seville blvd the silver suv encountered a white mini van going west bound on Seville all while a child was in the bicycle lane going west bound as well This was a very dangerous scenario for the child cause by an impatient driver Can we please get additional patrols to stop this dangerous situation from happening? The time was 3:19PM
