Yes. That fallen sign was reported a couple of months back .. I did not know if it mattered what kind of sign it was. I thought the location and condition of the traffic sign heading west on Church st was enough. I will do better next time.

Usually when taking a photo, we can tell what type of sign it is. However, the sign is on its back side and when we submit information over to DPW for example, we have to be specific as possible due to documentation purposes.

We do appreciate the effort in reporting issues to us here at 311. It is just a procedural thing that is preferred on their side.
