Thank you for bringing this information to our attention. A service request has been issued on your behalf to have each of these street lights repaired(listed below). The repairs will be completed on or before 4/18/23 if the repair is minor, such as bulb maintenance. If major repairs are needed such as wiring and/or fixture damage, the repairs may take longer. I have included your notes in the work orders in regards to the streetlight locations as well. Please mark the poles where the lights are located if you are safely able to do so.
