Description

During peak traffic periods travening on Park stop in the intersection prohibiting cars on N Frontage to proceed, which back up to York with cars stopping in that intersection preventing cars on York to proceed, backing up to S Frontage, etc. Need to either have police directing traffic or start ticketing those that block the intersection.
