Description

After the road crew repaved the off and on ramps. The traffic cycle is not cycling as it did before the project. It used to trip when the car heading north to get on the on ramp. Now you stop and then the Oakwood Avenue is tripped, then the traffic heading south coming off 565. The cycle is backwards.
