Description

The NO OUTLET sign on the pole next to the South Street Garden is about to fall and hit someone or something. It is quite large and heavy metal. One of Two bolts is missing and the sign in hanging down and held by a single bolt. Can someone come to fix or remove as it is a hazard now.
