It’s not the restaurant 4th Ave especially that corner is very chaotic so really and truly thats the least of your concern for this summer and it’s going to a 1000 times worst

well.... it's annoying to the tenants that live in the apartment building across the street from the Blue Bamboo Restaurant.....especially in the evening.....people have kids/ babies.....also have to turn television up ...because of the loud music....it's always the people who don't live in the emeidiate area that come to 4th & 4th and make noise and litter....they need to take that noise ...etc where they live at...

we shouldn't have to close our windows and turn up the television...because they have their speakers outside.....this isn't a block party......and this ain't Jamaica !

sounds like you don't live in this area...nobody wants to hear that loud music after 8 pm ....

I personally don't want to hear it at all...

it's May 6th 2023 @8:30 pm....I'm trying to watch a movie ......and can't enjoy it....because of the loud music coming from that club/ restaurant....the need to move it somewhere else....it's about 35 units in my building.....people are trying to relax....and some families have babies/ young kids that need to sleep....some people in the building work shifts.....
