I am hoping this isn't the completed repair, an asphalt patch in a concrete gutter?? This will wash away the next heavy rain. It looks worse now than it did before.

This is not what I would consider "repaired"

This is on contractors repair list

This was posted 1 year ago today and NOTHING has been done to fix the problem. The last comment said, "This is on contractors repair list" must be a very long list!!
