This continues to be an Ongoing issue, the lack of public garbage cans is the source of the issue. They have a clean up crew come through and mow and empty the dog trash can, I don't see why they can't empty garbage cans. it's disgusting. Additionally, there is now a vandalized food cart that was pushed over and smashed up.
