Description

The dog is kept outside in all weather and barks across the alley at another dog at 1915 Annin. They bark back and forth at each other all day and often into the night. They are breaking City of Philadelphia ordinance # 050749 regarding excessive noise. Also, the fence for the dog at 1922 is falling down, allowing the dog to have most of his body through the fence, almost break free, and scaring anyone from walking down the alley.
