Description
This is the photo that should have attached to my last complaint regarding 1911 30th Ave N. The entire property is packed with junk and garbage and several homeless people live in the yard. There are unsightly tents made from tarps and the smell has become intolerable. There's a rat infestation and the entire situation is absolutely unacceptable.
