Thanks for the post. We sent an officer tonight and found no vehicle matching the one photographed in violation, and issued citations to all vehicles found in violation. Please repost or reopen if/when this occurs again going forward. Thank you for your help in this matter.

When addressing a New haven cop , always talk down to him/her or the things inbetweenst , Because they are immature babies, little children with toys they will never learn to use properly.
Taking naps like the child they are in their cars behind buildings and secluded parking lots while mommy is away has to stop - take a toy from them every time they whine or moan.
