I agree about Northbound traffic, but I disagree with your statement of traffic coming out of the college. It all depends what time of day you are talking about. In the morning, you are correct, it is green too long for traffic for coming out of the college. But midday and early afternoon, there are many cars coming out of Lakeland. The timer for the light needs to be set differently for different times in the day.

No one ever turns in the Holden Center northbound. It always gives a green arrow, what a waste of time. Take the arrow away unless a car is detected. Now that school is starting next week, the light into and out of Lakeland need to be longer, it should adjust with the school year

Turning left into the college in the morning, you sit at the light and wait for quite awhile before the light will turn green. Very frustrating.
