Description
Part of Dilworthtown road between Kashmir Drive and the RR Crossing has subsided causing one lane to remain constantly waterlogged. This is a hazard to traffic, especially as it comes over the raised railroad crossing for either aquaplanning or, as we approach the winter months, a skating rink. This has the potential to lead to a serious head on accident on this busy connecting between 202 and 926 which is used by school bus traffic.

This road really needs to be rebuilt from the substrate up or closed to anything other than local traffic...
