Thank you for reaching out and reporting this issue. I'm forwarding this issue to our Stormwater Maintenance team to evaluate the subsurface assets and ensure this depression isn't the result of a line failure. Once we've determined the cause, we can move forward with the repair. Please check in with SeeClickFix as all new information and updates will pe provided here. Again-thanks!

Thank you both for your responses. I'm not an engineer, so my process and procedural knowledge is limited. I can put you in contact with my peers in the Engineering and Capital Improvements Department if you'd like to discuss design and/or construction specifics related to any City asset.
Regarding 22nd Street North-you are correct. The City's current pavement plan has all arterial and tributary roads being completely resurfaced roughly every 10 years. That plan is the result of extensive research, planning, budgeting, and it is ultimately approved by our City Council. In between those complete resurfacings, the Stormwater, Pavement, and Traffic Operations Department provides upkeep of all City-maintained roadways.
