In February I visited the Traffic office in the bottom level on Orange Street. There, the manager assured me that they were just "waiting for parts" and the the Edgewood/Winthrop traffic lights would be operational "next month". Two months later, they still don't work, and residents are complaining. We've seen enough accidents and near-misses at that intersection and want some ACTION! What is the hold up? This project has been planned for years!
