Once again, owners have not shoveled snow on sidewalks outside home (both Livingston and Cottage). Very quickly turning to ice.

Has this been resolved yet? We're trying to assemble a list of snow/ice shoveling issues that need immediate attention, so I'm checking whether the older issues are still relevant.
Thanks,
Elliot from SeeClickFix

We spoke with them and they said they removed the snow last night. Additionally, they said anyone from the neighborhood who has an issue with the quality of their snow removal should feel free to knock on their front door and talk to them. They were a little "concerned" and bothered by the SCF issue being created and neighborhood harassment associated with this website.
They seemed very nice and expressed a willingness to comply with the snow removal laws. Please feel free to follow up with them directly in the future (if needed).

It's a shame for them to think that they were being harassed.
This issue at their location has been reported at least two times (thank you Mr. Yates)...and the only way for them to do what is their responsibility...was to use SCF. If that isn't the purpose of this website, then what is?
In any event, thank you LCI for taking care of this and, more importantly, thank you Mr. Yates for helping these homeowners do what is legally right and safe.

I also just stopped by the house and left a message to speak with the homeowners. I've met them before and they're nice folks. I think with corner houses often people don't realize they're responsible for both sidewalks.
Thanks for reporting this.

After the most recent snowfall, I believe this issue should be fixed so I'm closing the ticket. Again, these residents are very nice and said they'd take care of the problem.
