Notice this dumpster daily. why is it never emptied??

Looks like the recycling bins are being used for regular trash. This will cause issues if the recycling truck empties into the real recycling.

Now it’s May 7th and trash continues to pile up. This is getting out of control. Something needs to be done a fine has done nothing. This is a health hazard.

This is the process. Following the provisions of Chapter 40U of the Massachusetts General Laws regarding housing code violations, the Town must notify a property owner of a violation and allow two weeks to resolve the issue. If, at the end of two weeks, the owner is still in violation, daily fines are assessed. Unpaid fines are placed as a lien on the property. Regardless of these procedures, there is no guarantee that the homeowner will comply and the Town may not enter onto private property to maintain it. This issue has been assigned to Code Enforcement for review and an update will follow shortly. Thank you for your patience.

This is todays trash. Last 2 weeks not taken out. Only 1 day cleaned up and that’s because there was an open house.

Trash day was yesterday no excuse. The smell is strong and cars park around it instead of cleaning up the trash. Owner does not care.

As of today. Trash day on Monday and another week not taken out. I have chicken bones and corn on the Cobb trash in my yard. I have two dogs and both have gotten sick from trash. I also have a new tenant living on my property. I believe a gopher the hole is big.

I suggest you call the Board of Health directly 781-961-0924 it does not look like that Code Enforcement Officer is not looking at this site daily.

As of today Thursday this is not improving.

Out of control.

$300.00 Fine was issued for non compliance 6/22/2023 another fine of $300.00 will be issued to Owner for non compliance.

Today is trash day July 3rd and only 3 bags out. I really want to enjoy my home and backyard but with the strong smell of trash hard to. This is today.

Fines are issued daily for non compliance and liens will be placed on property if these fines are not paid. Each fine will be $300.00.

The Owner Purchased Garbage barrels for each apartment . This way we can tell who is not putting the trash out properly..
