Description
Chelten Plaza paving contractors parked their loaded vehicles on the sidewalk causing deep ruts in most of the patches of earth on Mastery Charter school's sidewalk.
These deep ruts are a trip/fall hazard and need to be repaired ASAP.

the property management company has city council on its payroll... the city of philadelphia won't touch any issues in this vicinity, it's a shame.

let's see if the intersection you've made more perilous gets addressed, or the abandoned construction site at pulaski and rittenhouse. the ppl of gtown are good when there's money to be spent, but they don't deserve open sidewalks or any of the other "perks" of city living.
good riddance.. i hope someone important gets creamed by a car on their way home.. it'll take a death for any of the city council meddlers to pay any attention
