Description

The PM Peak signal timing needs to be adjusted. In the evening the green time for the signal to head across Morris Street up Pine Street is about 2 seconds when it could actually be much longer considering Morris Street has a red for much longer than that. Don't make me start citing the NJDOT Design Manual regarding the minimum green time allocated in traffic signal timing.
