Men seem to have started a business behind this house working on cars. They often have several cars at a time back there. They run the engines and cause terrible fumes. We've had to close our windows because of the fumes and keep our kids inside. This is a residential area. There are children here, and in a city that already has a high child asthma rate, this can't be a good thing.
