I've been trying to get the water and sewerage department to come out for over a month and a week to vacuum out my trap basin
They did work on the opposite side of the street of a property that I own and left small amounts of dirt on the lawn of the home that I occupy every time it rains the rain would transfer the dirt that they should have cleaned up down into my trap basin they promised me on March 31st someone will come out that weekend I've called several times they keep promising me the information would be passed on to the field supervisor
When it rains the water takes two days to drain
The only thing the city of Detroit does in a timely fashion is charge you with fines when you violate a code or the send threatening notices 😤😤
