Squatter is living in 5a Northwood basement and owner says they have not raised rent or can control who lives in his property. Same man named Jamie has taken the kindness of the community and gotten to comfortable. This property owner is a good person overall and it's sad how people leach off the system and community. It's a child and dog community and the property line is of a community. Everyone shares the back yard . Small children and big kids can't play . My family and I cleaned that area 2 years ago and has been basically colonized by garbage. This community needs help .
