Deskripsyon

I was ticketed for parking overnight on the Glenolden side of Elmwood Ave, but there is no "No Parking 2:00 AM - 6:00 AM" sign between Primos and Charmont. I'm not a Glendolden resident and had no way of knowing the regulation.

They don't have signs posted, we are just supposed to know it. The problem is that we have had company stay later than 2am and their cars were ticketed even though it should have been obvious from the lighted house that company was inside. Darby Township and Glenolden have some odd parking laws.
