Description

The property at 31 Gardner Ave has a non-gated fence that blocks access to the side of the neighboring property. This is blocking the maintenance along the side of the neighboring property. The fence is also over the property line.

This is in violation of the City Code - Fences and walls (345-67) - "No fence shall permanently preclude access to abutting properties for maintenance of the abutting properties."
