Description

Two deep potholes at the intersection of Norval Ave and South Street make it nearly impossible to exit to South St or enter Norval Ave from South St without risking vehicular damage from one or the other of the potholes. Unsafe. Can't keep in one's proper lane on Norval at that intersection with South St which makes it quite interesting what with all the construction going on up there. Unsafe for pedestrian and bicycle traffic as well.
