Description
The neighbor parks broken down vehicles on the street. It's closer to Whitman Street. It's a white Jeep. The front tire is blown out and it has expired tags from January 2021. It was first noticed today. The neighbor's own a tow truck and they parked it there so no one else would park there. The tow truck left it there. There is a flat tire in the back as well. She double checked that it was public parking for the area.
