Description
Constituent called to report the homeowners at 3045 W. Emerald Circle have many vehicles, debris, moved their fence line, currently building a large structure, and dismantled an RV - emptying the motor oil etc, all in the ROW surrounding the property (both front and back). They are living in the alleyway, blocking it as well. They said it is just atrocious. See Snip. Thank you.
