Description

I would like to know why my yard waste has not been picked up. I have had it out for all but the first scheduled pick up date. The rest of the street has been collected on the scheduled days or picked up when reported skipped. Mine was reported skipped the last time by a neighbor. A truck was sent out to collect them, and mine was skipped. I reported it again yesterday when it was skipped, and it still has not been picked up. This is a pattern and is not acceptable. I have my yard waste in bins, which has been fine for the past 16 years. Has there been a change? Please send a truck to pick up my yard waste so that I can continue my seasonal clean up.
