On the corner of park ave the Street grate is clogged and after it rains the whole road floods out, this has been this way for over a month... last week there was a disabled vehicle there just past this area, it probably stalled out from all the water they drove through , at night its very dangerous , you cant see it. please try to do something about it. Did anyone report yet ... or arent they Listening !
