not really abandoned. owner lives across the street and either has too many vehicles or would have to pay to park extra vehicle in condo parking lot. city/ police don't care that the vehicle is half on the road and half on someones property, same is true at bottom of mechanic street where you can leave a vehicle half on the sidewalk and half on the road, and up against a utility pole from friday night thru monday morning. good luck with a wheel chair on that sidewalk
