Even after sending a certified letter in September of 2014to state the problems of my property that I am renting we still cannot get our property management company to fix our problems. We have called multiple times and many times not gotten a response but when we do they say oh they're taking care of it and then they never do.I had also written a letter to the Better Business Bureau and when they send them a letter there was no response. So hopefully you will be able to help me. Thank you
