I live next door at 3983 Mathis St., next door to the house where the dogs are. These dogs are puppies that the mama dog had and now the puppies have grown into big dogs.They are all over the neighbor's yards, dragging and leaving garbage and dead animals such as raccoons in yards. The dogs are in my driveway, blocking whereas visitors are hesitant to get out of their cars and I can't go to the mailbox. They are also attracting other neighborhood dogs in their and my yard. My husband tried to tell them about the dogs but they act as though they can't do anything about them. I have called animal control 2 times last week, on Monday, May 15 and Thursday, May 18 and left messages but I haven't heard anything from them.
