Vehicles park in our neighborhood during the weekday for as much 8 hours, even though it is 2 hour parking only. Can residents get a refund on our parking permit since the city nor RPD are enforcing this? RPD says this is an administrative issue. Yet, Raleigh Transportation tells us the southwest district of RPD is responsible. Since nobody is enforcing the rules, we just want to know if we can get the cost of our permit back since we cannot park for spaces we paid for?
