Sidewalk blocked and bleeding cement and dirt into the street. Building not secure. Litter --takeout containers -- mice, etc. THIS IS A PMBC CLEAN BLOCK. We work very hard to keep the street clean. We are expecting enforcement. Thank You.

This construction site has been a hazard for over 6 months. Boards have been propped up and not secured since the beginning. Now the winter and Holiday season brings snow and visitors to our street. This is an accident waiting to happen. L&I was called several times by neighbors with multiple complaints. L&I came out to inspect, but yet this continues. This is not the first time there was a problem with a property on our block owned by Dennis L. Milstein. Why does he get away with this? see below
