Description
This is an issue of tall grass left on a city owned lot after a city contractor or City worker half cut the lot. Tall grass left at the rear of the lot and at the curb where they did not cut around the trees. It looks a mess, if a homeowner's lot looked like this, they would be issued a ticket. Please cut the lot and cut it properly from the alley to the street.
