Description
Live next store and have not seen owner come to the house in over one year. Construction debri left on yard visable from inside my home. Pieces of pipes, gutter on driveway and propped up on trees. Lawn unmowed for over one year. Dilapidated porch covered in overgrowth and construction debri.
