Amazon canceled my delivery today because the no parking loading zone is full of parked cars of people at Tupelo Honey Cafe. I called Amazon and the reason is the delivery driver had nowhere safe to park. Why does Raleigh refuse to enforce this no parking zone? It is not just an inconvenience for your residents and business, but also to public safety. There are fire hose connections and hydrants that are being blocked by cars parked in the no parking zones
