Found in “Common Lot”. Upon entering g Bayberry take your first left. Then second left into the common lot. It’s slightly before the first light pole in the left of that lot.

There are multiple common lots in this development. The first left takes you to the duplexes. Lease provide more information.

Take a right onto Winterberry Lane. The “Common Lot” is labeled as such and is the second parking area to your right just as you pull into Winterberry Lane.

** As an FYI, I did not report this, but do live in the neighborhood.

Initial turn is a right into winterberry lane. Then second right into the common lot. The app deleted all my initial instructions. There’s only one lot with a large “common lot” sign. Pin drop had exact location and can easily cross reference with picture.
