Description

Vehicles parked in both east and west Stafford Ave. The white van on the westbound side has been there for 5 hours. Looks like someone trying to move but all the loading zone on eastbound side are full of restaurant goers. There are 3 other vehicles parked in front of the van on westbound side. Both sides are no parking.
