Yep. I almost pulled out into the path of an oncoming truck a few days ago because I couldn't see it coming until I was well into the turn. No matter how slowly & carefully you pull out onto Chase, you cannot see westbound traffic coming. This is my normal route every day, but until that dangerous condition has been taken care of, I'm now taking a different route. The property owner needs to be made to put the property in a safe condition. It's also a major fire hazard. The entire lot has weeds 6 feet high. City - please ramp up enforcement on this property owner. The condition has been building for many months.
