On May 29, 2023 in the afternoon, I noticed graffiti on the white residential wall near the cross-streets Citron St. & Toulon Dr. The graffiti I s on the opposite side of the street to the deactivated side gate of the Brookwood Villa Apartments. The graffiti is about 3 feet by 3 feet of some sort of greenish-blue spray paint with letters appearing to read “XV3”.
