As you can imagine, our plow drivers are working very hard to clear the entire city of snow. The main focus of the city's snow operations is to clear the main roadways first and then work outward from there. Public safety and basic travel are paramount concerns right now. Drivers will be making more passes to push back the snow and 'clean up' their initial passes. They will not, however, be cleaning up individual driveways. Thank you for your patience. I do appreciate the tough work, and I am thankful to have the road cleared. I'm alone with the kids here and I have paid someone who has completed the cleanout of my drive. Now I can't get out and my husband cannot return.

I am not asking to have the city clear my driveway, that is not reasonable. I am asking to have the plowmound removed from the cul de sac that is blocking my driveway, preventing me from coming in and out of my driveway.
