Could the city please look into the police or some dept doing something about all the crazy loud cars driving around the city, and especially sitting at parking lots. Literally just saw a honda civic, older, driving down the street with speakers attached to the roof, just blaring, past the CVS on Essex St/Boston St. Blasting so loud you had to cover your ears (many were). A police car right behind them, and they did nothing! Just kept driving right along behind them. They are in violation of the city's noise ordinances. Why would the police just do nothing? Sometimes the cars drive by with bass so loud that they shake our walls. Please start ticketing.
