Property located at 30 Newport Parkway is currently exempt from rent control as it has 25+ Units and is located in the Newport Redevelopment Plan. This Redevelopment Plan was adopted in 1985 and said property was built in 1987 which is after the area became a Redevelopment Area. This exemption is permitted for as long as the area is zoned as a Redevelopment Area.
