Description

the storm drain is blocked and water does not drain off street after rain. last rain took over 3 hours for water to drain. there are palm tree branches and plastic debris and sand in entrance to pipe blocking water from draining. Please vactor this pipe on both catch basins and pipe that leads to the bay.
