When traveling westbound on Rt 291 there is nothing to give any advance warning to drivers wishing to make the left turn onto the RT 322 access road for drivers wishing to go to Rt 95 north or south. There should be a flashing yellow light or some type of warning a few blocks before one gets to the turn-point in order to give the driver time to get over into the center-lane.

These ramps in question are owned and operated by PennDOT and all requests should be forwarded to PennDOT.
