While it has been there for awhile, it is temporary in that it surrounds the parcel of property slated for development under the name BITI, LLC. More info on that townhouse project is available from the Roslyn Building Department. While there is no way to legally require a "nicer" fence, we will contact the developer to see if he can make some sort of improvement to the existing fence.
