Description
Concern: numerous delivery, landscape, and construction trucks parking in the road throughout town, making many roads one lane without flaggers to prevent collisions. On a five mile drive through Princeton today, I encountered four places where the road suddenly became single lane because a truck was parked blocking an entire lane. In most of these there was no visibility past the obstruction to see if it was safe to proceed, and no one directing traffic. This is extremely dangerous and could easily result in a head-on collision or car vs pedestrian accident. Enforcement that asks trucks to use driveways whenever possible would significantly reduce this risk.
