Description
After waiting 15 months for the city to repair the hazardous hex block sidewalks on my corner, water is now gushing out from underneath the sidewalk due to the line being cut by the youngest worker. He cut the line with the sawsall and repaired only one side of the cut so the zones do not work beyond the cut and the hex blocks are being undermined as the sand washes away from the leak. I am expecting immediate attention to this damage. Thanks.
